Atiat Limited, an automotive leasing and finance company, has officially unveiled its new head office on Victoria Island, Lagos, signalling a bold step into its next phase of growth.
The state-of-the-art facility marks the launch of the company’s new strategic vision, Atiat 3.0, an evolution from a leasing and finance company into a fully integrated financial services ecosystem spanning finance, insurance, technology, and mobility.
Mr Kanayo Eni-Ikeh, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Atiat Limited, speaking at the unveiling recently, described the headquarters as the “nerve centre” of the company’s future. He explained that the hub was purpose-built to foster collaboration across Atiat’s diverse portfolio companies while ensuring excellence in customer service.
Eni-Ikeh said, “This building brings our people together under one roof so we can innovate faster for our clients,” Eni-Ikeh said. “We set out to build more than an office. This is the home of Atiat 3.0—where technology, talent, and vision converge. We are empowering our team to serve a wider market while driving growth for clients and the economy.”
Atiat Limited, through acquisitions and technology-driven solutions, has expanded its interests across insurance brokerage, vehicle leasing and fleet services, financial products, and lending. By interconnecting these sectors, the company is building a robust ecosystem designed to support both businesses and individuals in achieving their aspirations.
Eni-Ikeh explained, “Our vision is to democratise access to growth. Imagine a small business in Ibadan or Kano being able to secure financing, obtain software to automate operations, acquire equipment to increase production, arrange vehicles for logistics, and get insurance to manage risks—all through one relationship. That is the future we are building.”
Also speaking at the event, Mr Obinna Ufudo, Chairman of Atiat Limited, said the new office was designed as a physical expression of the company’s ambition to build an enduring institution.
Ufudo stated, “This is more than just a building; it is a symbol of our ambition to stand the test of time. Atiat is not just a financial services company—we are building a connected ecosystem that empowers Nigerian businesses and individuals with insurance, lending, technology, and mobility solutions all in one place. Our aim is to become the partner of choice for growth and success in Nigeria’s economy.”
Ms Obiageli Ejiofor, Executive Director of Business Development, highlighted how Atiat’s ecosystem approach would unlock new value for customers. She explained, “By cross-pollinating data and expertise across businesses—from credit scoring to product customisation—we’re unlocking opportunities that enable us to better serve clients and expand our impact.”
As the company sets its sights on West African expansion, Atiat 3.0 reflects both ambition and adaptability in a dynamic economic environment. For its leaders, the new headquarters is not just a workplace but a launchpad for innovation, collaboration, and impact.
