Thinkmint Nigeria, a platform for real estate and investment events, has announced plans to host the 6th edition of the Real Estate Discussions & Awards.
The two-day event, themed ‘Back to the Basics – The Future of Real Estate’, will take place on Tuesday, 21 and Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
The Real Estate Discussions & Awards will bring together developers, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders for discussions, exhibitions, and networking.
Keynote speakers include Dr. Armstrong Takang, CEO of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated, and Engr. Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development.
Other notable speakers include Dr. Olajide Babatunde, Engr. Oluwole Sotire, Dr. Emeka Inegbu, Ayo Olowookere, Femi Awofala, Laide Agboola, Odunayo Ojo, and Azubuike Emodi, among others.
Supported by several partners, including the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, Urban Shelter, and Purple Group, the event will feature exhibitions, panel sessions, and masterclasses on investment, technology, and market trends.
Expected to attract more than 500 participants, REDA 2025 is set to inspire innovation and shape the future of Africa’s real estate sector.
