Rite Foods Limited joined the global celebration of International Men’s Day 2025, honoring the contributions of men and boys and highlighting issues such as health, well-being and work–life balance.
Under this year’s theme, “Celebrating Men and Boys,” Rite Foods reaffirmed its commitment to an inclusive workplace that supports men as fathers, mentors, colleagues, and community leaders. Managing Director Seleem Adegunwa praised the male employees for their resilience and positive impact, stating that the company is committed to promoting balance and well-being across its workforce.
Ekuma Eze, Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, added that Rite Foods values teamwork and continuous learning, and that these values help employees contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth and community development.
Rite Foods also used the occasion to spotlight its consumer portfolio—Bigi soft drinks (13 variants), Bigi Table Water, Sosa Fruit Drink, Fearless Energy Drink and the Bigi/Rite sausage lines—underscoring the brand’s role in energizing and refreshing consumers.
Rite Foods won multiple industry accolades recently, including three 2025 Edge Awards (Bigi Apple; Bigi Beef Sausage Roll; Outstanding FMCG Corporate Brand) and the Food Company of the Year 2024 at the Independent Awards — these recognitions reflect the company’s focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Through people-centered policies, award-winning products and community initiatives, Rite Foods says it will continue to support men’s wellbeing while driving business and social impact.
