AceRoyal Estates Homes Ltd., a real estate firm, has unveiled plans to deliver 105 luxury housing units within 12 months, a move aimed at contributing to efforts to close Nigeria’s widening housing deficit.
According to a statement by the firm, the development – Eko Paragon, a 5-star hotel-style residential estate located in the serene Abijo G.R.A., Lagos, represents a new benchmark for innovation, comfort, and affordability in real estate investment.
Dr Endurance Agonor, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AceRoyal Estates Homes, revealed that construction, which commenced in February 2025, was nearing completion.
