Mobihealth Announces Appointment of Three New Directors

Mobihealth International has appointed three distinguished professionals to its board of directors: Mrs Funke Ladimeji, Mrs Fola Akande, and Mr Isaac Ewelaifo.

In a statement by the firm, these appointments bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will further strengthen Mobihealth’s mission to provide innovative telehealth solutions across Africa and beyond.

Funke Ladimeji is an executive director with nearly 30 years of international experience shaping strategy and driving excellence and performance in banking and financial services in Europe, North America and Asia, as well as in Africa Emerging Markets.

Ladimeji has deep expertise across retail, corporate, and investment banking, global markets, asset management, and private equity, with a proven ability to transform operations and culture, exceed targets, and expand the client base.

According to the firm, Akande, who is the former chief counsel, West Africa/Secretary, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, brings a strong legal background with over two decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

It stated that her profound knowledge of regulatory frameworks would guide Mobihealth’s expansion and ensure adherence to global healthcare and technology standards.

Ewelaifo had a track record of driving growth and innovation in various sectors. His expertise in strategic financial management and business development would help MobiHealth pursue sustainable growth and explore new opportunities in the digital health space.
