One Wellness and PCOS Conquerors Host Transformative ‘E.A.T. at the Table’ Wellness Event

One Wellness Clinic and PCOS Conquerors partnered to host a transformative wellness event, E.A.T. at the Table, blending fine dining with conversations on healing, fertility, and holistic living.

The event also served as the pre-launch of E.A.T.: Emotional Appetite Therapy, a new book by award-winning author and women’s health advocate Seyi Amao, founder of PCOS Conquerors.

Held under the theme ‘Come Hungry, Leave Whole’, the event combined science, storytelling, and faith. It was supported by ProSkin Aesthetic Clinic, Adam Scents, Sissy Remi, Tsemaye Binitie, BB Artistry, and Orange Mic, which powered the book’s production and printing.

Highlights included an opening reflection on wellness by Dr. Elizabeth Falabi, Medical Director of Feet2Fit Integrative Health & Wellness, and a panel session moderated by Sophia Emifoniye, CEO of Brunch Avenue.

The panel featured Dr. Jean Nassar; Pamela Bazi, One Wellness representative and Hala El Hachem, ProSkin representative, who discussed fertility, nutrition, and holistic health.

Joke Adu, Standard Chartered Bank Executive, linked financial resilience to women’s wellbeing, while Pastor Moses Ida-Michaels of EcclesiaHills closed the evening with a blessing that positioned the event as the beginning of a movement.

One Wellness Clinic described its participation as part of its corporate social responsibility. The clinic said, “For us at One Wellness, supporting women with PCOS is not just medical; it’s personal. Partnering with E.A.T. at the Table during PCOS Awareness Month allowed us to spotlight real issues women face, while reminding them that care, hope, and community are always within reach.”

Guests enjoyed an experiential fragrance-blending session with Adam Scents, creating their own 30 ml signature perfumes. Raffle draws offered fashion tokens from Sissy Remi, Tsemaye Binitie, and BB Artistry, as well as complimentary treatments from ProSkin.

Amao said, “E.A.T. is more than a book; it’s a pathway to wholeness. Last night proved that when science, faith, and sisterhood meet, we move beyond feeding our cravings to truly feeding our lives.”
