Zylus Homes, a real estate development company, has carried out the allocation of bungalows at carcass level in its facility at Lekki Avana Phase 1, located in the Idera Scheme, Eleko, Ibeju-Lekki.
The allocation exercise marked a defining moment for both the company and its subscribers, as excited homeowners officially received their units, bringing them closer to realizing their dreams of homeownership.
The event, held on-site at the Lekki Avana Phase 1 Bungalow and Resort, drew investors, realtors, subscribers, and company representatives. Attendees were able to witness firsthand the impressive progress within the estate, which already boasts over 80 bungalows at carcass stage, completed access roads, and infrastructure designed to foster a serene, modern, and functional residential environment.
Launched in March 2025, Lekki Avana Phase 1 made headlines after selling out 223 units in just 18 days, underscoring the strong demand for premium yet affordable housing in Lagos’ fastest-growing corridor. In just five months since development began, more than 80 units have been raised to carcass level, with about 50 handed over to subscribers during the first batch allocation.
Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, Group Chief Executive Officer of Zylus Homes, speaking at the ceremony, expressed delight at the company’s ability to meet commitments on time.
